Touching my soul is Serafia's debut "EDM Style" release. Listeners can vocally hear Serafia's influences in jazz and soul, as well as in her style, but wrapped in a modern, break-beat, synth-pop sound. Her sultry voice allows the listeners ear jump between exciting, relaxing and insisting. The songs are reminiscent of a more UK British dance sound; and with the unique build-ups and piano drive, Touching My Soul is clearly shaping its own niche in the music world.
Her music and lyrics explore the vulnerability of love, sensuality, strength and moving on, within this powerful, "Soul meets Dance" sound - Heavily inspired by late 80's early 90's pop sounds. Serafia drew on inspirations from artists like Prince and the Eurythmics for her latest work.
